Diversity, how beautiful

What if the rainbow was only blue?

How could we enjoy its beauty?

What if the midnight sky lacked the glittering stars?

How could we appreciate the power of nature?

What if the keys on the piano were all black?

How could it create such wonderful music?

What if the fingers on our hands were all the same?

How could we accomplish our everyday tasks?

Difference is great, for like the different colors of the rainbow we congregate beautifully.

Like the black and white keys on the piano we play a happy song.

Like the different lengths of our fingers, we work together to accomplish great things.

Like the midnight sky and the stars, we shine as one people.
